RACHEL BILLINGS
Rachel Billings joined Schooner Capital in 2011 as executive assistant to the chairman and managed the Foundation from 2013 to 2018. She was previously employed as a legislative specialist at InstaTrac, a web service that tracks Massachusetts legislation. She attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
